This is a planning estimate for reaching US B2B executive buyers, not a measure of a salesperson's working days or a promise that a buyer will be available. Companies, industries and individual executives follow different calendars.

Counts use calendar quarters and the buyer timezone shown above. The current-day inclusion rule is shown with the count. There is no hourly cutoff; an eligible included day counts in full. The count resets when the next quarter begins in that timezone.

The selected US federal holidays below are a conservative planning choice, not a claim that every private company closes on those dates. No regional holidays, religious holidays or one-off government closures are automatically included; dated exceptions can account for them.

The active shutdown rules are listed below. Our Thanksgiving rule keeps Monday and Tuesday only. We interpret the last two weeks of December as December 18–31, inclusive, rather than two Monday-to-Sunday weeks.

The holiday list below shows the active policy. Any surrounding shutdown days are calendar days around the observed holiday date. Overlapping exclusions count once. Dated exceptions take precedence in listed order, with the last matching exception winning; weekends remain excluded.
